Home-made pizza Pizza 
Gia 'we talked about (here
) of homemade pizza from here Sacchibelli. Today, however, 'we have tried again following a different recipe (taken from
Easyfinger Sigrid Verbert (aka The
Brussels sprouts). Obviously, we have opted a condiment made of ham and gorgonzola cheese (one of our favorites) and as you can see from the photos, the result 'was more' that decent .... Obviously you have a little 'trust, since the only two pizzas were eaten by ourselves ....
Two years ago we posted Our Home-made pizza (see here
) But today we repeated the experiment Following a new recipe found in
Easyfinger a nice book from Sigrid Verbert (aka The
Brussels sprouts ) . As you can see, our Pizzas (with "gorgonzola" and "ham") look great, and trust on us, the taste was excellent too
