At the European Market, which was 'done in Pavia, Viale XI in February as part of the Festival of Knowledge , we got to taste some specialties' from various sources: from the greek gyros , the English paella, the poffertjes olandesi alle ottime grigliate polacche. Che dire, forse non e' stato molto sano, ma di sicuro molto gustoso, come il panino con salamella (polacca) che la componente maschile dei sacchibelli sta addentando nella foto.... In these days we are enjoying the Festival dei Saperi , a festival that transforms Pavia in a city full of energy and events. A special one is the "European Market" where you can find (mainly) food and drinks from every place within Europe. We enjoyed greek gyros and spanish paella ; we loved a lot dutch poffertjes but probably our preferred one was Poland grill (as you can see from the picture....)
